The Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Package begins with a skills assessment and report for the clinical team manager. The learning package includes foundational lessons in anatomy and rhythm analysis and progresses all the way to advanced concepts and virtual clinical rotations. Whether your team is transitioning from an adjacent field or simply strengthening knowledge, by the end of this package they will build a strong conceptual and practical understanding of cardioverter implantable electronic devices (CIEDs) such as pacemakers and ICDs and corresponding therapies. Learner utilize a variety of modalities, including Video Lessons and their accompanying Knowledge Checks, Checkpoints that highlight key concepts, Postcard Puzzles to improve visual memory, 3D interactive Virtual Tours, and Milestones that allow learner to assess comprehension and critical thinking for the entire course. After training completion, a post-assessment and report is provided to track performance and improvement of the team.

Video Lessons: Each section of Cardiac Foundations is divided into chapters. Video lessons are the primary source of content in each chapter, and it is recommended to watch the videos multiple times, pausing to transcribe notes.
Knowledge Checks: Each video lesson will be followed by a Knowledge Check with several multiple-choice questions to reinforce the key takeaways of the videos. They can be taken unlimited times.
Checkpoints: Key concepts are explored further in Checkpoints. Each Checkpoint features a series of questions on a specific topic. Each question also features feedback and additional information once it is answered. Checkpoints are a great way to test your knowledge and stretch your understanding. They can be taken unlimited times.
Postcard Puzzles: Test your knowledge and speed with Postcard Puzzles that challenge you to pair cardiac terms with diagrams. Postcard puzzles are a great way to improve your visual memory. They can be taken unlimited times.
Milestones: The Milestone is a test covering all material included in each section. Timed Comprehension Milestones include multiple choice, true/false, and select all questions that can be taken unlimited times. Critical Thinking Milestones allow you to test critical thinking and memorization skills through short answer flashcards. It is strongly recommended that a score of 90% or higher is achieved before moving on to the next section.
Virtual Simulations & Recorded Clinical Cases: Virtual simulations and recorded clinical cases for observation provided by our world-class clinical partners.
